Land

The Turkish government is actively encouraging development in certain coastal areas. Land prices in these areas are rising fast as a result. Lycia Properties can introduce you to some of the most up and coming regions where the value of land is predicted to rise rapidly over a relatively short time period.

It is very important to 'get in early' and be prepared to make a quick decision. Some land parcels sell on the day they are released onto the market.

Real Life Example: We have a client who keeps a sum of money "with us" to invest in land on his behalf. Over a five year period we have bought and sold three plots of land for this client. On each transaction our client has doubled his money. None of the land plots were held for longer than two years.

Project

Lycia Properties always have several development projects on the go. If you would like to be part of one of our projects we can offer very attractive terms.

Example: As each development is different it is not possible to generalise about the many and varied investment opportunities available. However, Lycia Properties has previously invested "clients" money in our developments; in return the investor has acquired one or more properties by the end of the project. Should the investor prefer to release capital again, we offer a guaranteed "buy back" at an amount agreed by both parties when the contract is initially drawn up. Development

If you already own a piece of land and would like our help to develop it Lycia Properties can do just that.

Our experienced team can arrange everything from design and construction through to the sale of your properties. You can be as involved as you wish, or if you prefer we will take care of everything for you

Real Life Example: Three years ago we helped a client purchase a plot of land for £25,000. A year later we were contracted to develop the land. We built 3 properties for a total cost of £90,000. We then sold all three of the properties on our client's behalf for a total of £172,000. The client's profit amounted to £52,000 after our sales commission and all other costs. This was all achieved in a period of three years with very little input from the client.

Throughout our existence as a property development company, none of our clients have lost money by investing with us. Every property or piece of land we have ever sold has risen in value, usually by a substantial amount. We have many satisfied customers and hope to attract more in the coming months.

Real Life Example: A client purchased an apartment in 2003 for £30,000. We have recently re-sold this apartment for £65,000. Our client has made £35,000 in only two years.
